Welcome — I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.

If you’re exploring our page, perhaps life feels a little heavy right now, or you’re simply looking for a space to pause and breathe. Maybe you’re curious about counselling and wondering if it could help.  Your first step: reach out, have a chat, and see if it feels right for you. If not - no stress - we might be able to point you in the right direction.

If I am lucky enough to walk alongside you, my approach is gentle but active.  I draw from principals and strategies based on mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy (MB-CBT), emotion focused therapy (EFT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).  I also take a strengths-based approach to help you identify what’s going well and how we can build off of that.  Above all, I believe that change doesn’t have to be forceful to be effective.  Sometimes it starts quietly - with a conversation, a pause, or even just a moment of feeling truly seen.

About me

Outside of the therapy, you can find me at yoga, enjoying the outdoors and my garden, snuggling my cats (well one - the other only enjoys scratches), and going to a coffee shop to sip on a London Fog. Born, raised and currently settled in the Lower Mainland, I enjoy exploring our local beauties and weaving them into my own self-care routine.  Happy to share all my secret locations with you
