Areas of Support

  • Anxiety is our body’s response to stress, but when those feelings become constant or overwhelming, it may feel difficult to manage. Counselling can help you to understand your anxiety, explore its roots, and learn tools to feel more grounded and at ease.

  • Trauma impacts how you move through the world, the way you think, feel and respond. Ranging from early childhood experiences and attachment, to relationships, loss, violence or overwhelming events. Trauma counselling offers you a space to gently tell your story, reconnect with your body and continue to heal.

  • Depression can feel heavy and endless, with the opportunities for healing seeming out of reach. Counselling can help guide you, ease the weight on your shoulders and find renewed strength.

  • Navigating your own emotions is challenging enough, relationship counselling can help to navigate both you and your partner’s feelings, enhance communication and improve connection.

  • We support individuals and family’s who have, or are currently experiencing domestic violence and abuse. Abusive relationships can take many forms, all of which deeply impactful. Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming.
