I believe that turning inward with curiosity and compassion to better understand our emotions, protective patterns, and inner experiences within a safe and secure therapeutic relationship can be deeply transformational. I work with individuals experiencing a range of life’s stressors who are seeking support in navigating these experiences and fostering a greater sense of connection with themselves.

My approach is trauma-informed, emotion-focused, somatic, and attachment-based. I am passionate about supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, challenges in attachment relationships, and self-esteem. Reaching out for support takes courage. I believe you already possess the inner wisdom and capacity for healing, and I would be honoured to support you in reconnecting with that energy within yourself

About Me

I completed my Masters of Education in Counselling Psychology at Simon Fraser University. Outside of work you can find me connecting with friends, nature and movement. I love hiking, swimming, Yoga, dance, comedy shows, beach days and exploring new places. I have a goofy golden doodle named Sunshine, her personality fits her name well! I would love to register her as a therapy dog one day!
