Book

My work is centered on supporting individuals through a culturally sensitive, trauma-informed approach. I draw from relational cultural therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment theory, interpersonal process, and somatic practices to help clients explore how identity, culture, and relationships shape their mental health.

I strive to create a holistic and collaborative space where healing extends beyond symptom relief and into meaningful growth. By honouring the mind, body, and cultural context, I support clients in building resilience, strengthening relationships, and uncovering new ways of relating that align with their identities and values. My goal is to walk alongside you in a process that feels grounded, empowering, and attuned to your whole self.

About me

I grew up in a South Asian family in the Middle East and later moved to Vancouver to complete my Master of Arts in Counselling at Simon Fraser University.

Outside of work, I love being outdoors, whether it’s hiking a trail or spending time by the water—but I’m just as happy curled up at home with a good book, or a TV show, and a warm drink. I value balance, laughter, and meaningful connections, and I try to bring that same energy into my work and relationships.
